What the site provides

apexmath.app provides free study tools, written study guides, and a curated set of games embedded from third-party publishers. Everything on the site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make reasonable effort to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uptime, correctness of study material, or that any embedded game will keep working (third-party publishers can and do change embed URLs without notice).

Educational content disclaimer

The study guides on this site are written for general educational reference. They are not a substitute for your teacher, your textbook, or a tutor. If a guide conflicts with what your class is teaching, follow your class — your grade depends on that, not on us.

Third-party content

Games embedded on the site are the property of their respective publishers (CrazyGames, Poki, Miniplay, GamePix, and others). We do not host these games; we display their official embed URLs. All game trademarks and copyrights remain with their owners.

Acceptable use

Don't use apexmath.app to attempt to attack, scrape at abusive volumes, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the site's operation. Don't use it in a way that violates the terms of the embedded third-party content providers. Don't use it to violate anyone else's rights.
